Tickets are valid only for the performance and the date indicated on the same. All tickets are non-refundable and not convertible to another date. In case of rain or unfavourable weather, Villa Olmo performances will be held on the same evening at Teatro Sociale di Como, without sets and costumes. If the performance is interrupted from 30 minutes onwards, after the beginning of the show, because of bad weather conditions, tickets are non-refundable. If performances are cancelled, tickets will be refunded without presale. Performances of Intorno al Festival (on July 3, 5, 10, 12 and 16) have free entrance. In case of bad weather conditions, please visit our website or contact us at +39.327.3117975 or at +39.031.270170. The Festival reserves the right to make changes in programming if necessary, due to technical demands or other reasons out of control of the Festival.

Festival Como Città della Musica provides to its audience reduced tickets for the Exhibition Rubens e i fiamminghi. Visitors of the Exhibition Rubens e i fiamminghi will receive a discount on the tickets prices of the shows and concerts of Festival Como Città della Musica.

DISABILITY ACCESS
Access to the Festival for wheelchair users and those people with disabilities presents no barriers. Seats for wheelchair users are reserved in the first row of the orchestra. These spaces can be made available at every performance but must be booked in advance at the Box Office. For any particular requirements, information and help, please ask the Festival’s Staff.


LATECOMERS
Please arrive at the Festival on time. Admittance will not be guaranteed to latecomers during the performance. Latecomers loose the right to their seat and will be placed only during the first interval.
