Road
From south - Drive along the motorway A8 Milano-Laghi, then on A9 Como-Chiasso. Exit Como MonteOlimpino, in the direction “lago” and “Como centro”.
From north region of the lake - Drive along the main road (s.s. 340), towards Como. Follow the directions to “Como centro”, driving along the lake.
From Lecco and Bergamo - Drive along the main road (s.s. 342), towards Como. Follow the directions to “Como centro”.

Malpensa Express Train (Ferrovie Nord Milano) every 30 minutes from the Airport to Milan Cadorna (stop in Saronno). 40 minutes trip.

Boat
Obviously the most spectacular way to see Lake Como is to sail on it, visiting the towns and villages along 170 km coast. Ferries normally stop in Menaggio and Cadenabbia (on the western coast) and Varenna and Bellagio (on the eastern coast).

HOW TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL

Villa Olmo
You can reach Villa Olmo by bus (SPT, nn. 1, 6, 11; bus stop in Via Cantoni) or by foot: 15 minutes walk from Piazza Cavour, across the Public Gardens, passing by the Tempio Voltiano and the Stadium Sinigaglia.

Stadium Sinigaglia
The Stadium is on the lake, near the Public Gardens, the Tempio Voltiano and the Monumento ai Caduti. It is better to go by foot, not by car.

Cloister of Sant’Abbondio
You can reach the cloister by car, parking in the Ex-Ticosa area. By foot, walk from Viale Innocenzo, to Via Sant’Abbondio, in front of the Police Headquarters of Como (Questura).
